الشحن والتوصيل  
نعمل على تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1-2 يوم عمل. تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الموقع، وعادةً ما تستغرق بين 2-5 أيام عمل

الدفع عند الاستلام  
يتم الدفع نقداً عند استلام الطلب. عند إتمام الطلب، فإنك تؤكد تواجدك لاستلام الشحنة ودفع قيمتها عند التسليم

آلية التوصيل  
قد تتواصل شركة التوصيل معك قبل التسليم لتأكيد البيانات وضمان تجربة سلسة. يرجى التأكد من إدخال العنوان ورقم الهاتف بشكل صحيح

متابعة الطلب  
في حال لم يصل طلبك خلال المدة المتوقعة، يرجى التواصل معنا وسنقوم بمتابعة الطلب مع شركة التوصيل لضمان وصوله في أقرب وقت ممكن

التأخيرات  
نسعى للالتزام بمدة التوصيل المحددة، إلا أنه قد تحدث تأخيرات خارجة عن إرادتنا

فشل التسليم  
في حال تعذر تسليم الطلب بسبب عدم توفر العميل أو وجود بيانات غير صحيحة، قد لا يتم إعادة المحاولة. نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات التي لا يمكن تأكيدها

Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery attempts may not be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed.
